Reservations

All services must be reserved with a credit card or with the
gift certificate number.

Please inform our receptionist if you have any significant
health issues or may be pregnant.

Remember to request extra time between services if desired.

Appointments
In order to maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that
you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Guests who arrive
late will be charged in full, unfortunately, we will not be able
to make up the lost time.
Staff Selection
We make every effort to honor requests for specific staff members;
however we cannot guarantee your selection in every case.
Confirmation
We will make a courtesy call to you 48 hours in advance of your
reservation, reminding you of your appointment. We do ask, however,
that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation.
For Your Visit

Please maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy
to other guests. Cellular phones and beepers are not permitted
in rest areas.

All services include complimentary refreshments.

For your convenience, we provide robes, slippers, lockers for
personal items, towels, hair and body products.

Products used are available for purchase in the retail area
and on our website.

We suggest that you book your next visit prior to leaving the
Spa. This will ensure your personal choice of times and staff.

Please leave valuables at home, as the Spa is not responsible
for lost or stolen items.
Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Personal Checks
and Gift Certificates as methods of payment for services and
products.

Your gratuities are appreciated by our therapists.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Your appointment is
a commitment of the therapist's time. Failure to comply will result
in the full service charge or forfeit of your gift certificate.
Please be courteous.
Return Policy
If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with a product, please
return the unused portion of product along with the receipt within
7 days, and we'll issue a Spa credit for future use. Cosmetic accessories
may not be returned at anytime, please choose carefully.
Gift Certificates
Nurture that special "someone" with the Gift Certificate. We can
help you customize a Gift Certificate using a personalized inscription,
for him or her, to fit any occasion: Birthdays; Anniversaries; Weddings;
Holidays; Corporate Gifting Programs; or, just because. Ask us about
our special corporate rates.
Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable
if lost or stolen. They are for services and products only. Recipients
of a Donation or Auctioned Gift Certificate must inform the receptionist
of the gift certificate number. Donation certificates are valid
Monday through Thursday only. The expiration date may not be changed
or extended on donation certificates.
Referral Rewards
We are always grateful for your personal endorsements. To show
our appreciation, you'll receive a discount of 10% each time you
refer a friend or family member. Simply make sure your name is mentioned
at check-in. We'll even treat your referral to a special welcome
gift.

We are open to constructive criticism. Please let a friend know
if we have done something right. Please let us know if the opposite
happens.
